Our shipping methods are carefully crafted to ensure that your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition. We offer free shipping for orders above £50. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of £4.99 applies. We use eco-friendly packaging to minimize our carbon footprint and do our part for the environment. However, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or extreme weather conditions. Return & Exchange Policy
At Mister T, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return or exchange. We will work with you to either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
